Recent Trends in IT industry

After a long time i got time to share some thing with my friends :). After being in close touch with Indian IT sector for the more than 4 years i saw the stabilization in the growth of IT sector. As compared to the with the last 3 years this year we are not seeing any rapid growth in terms of opportunities, market and package. But as per my understanding it will be in same position for upcoming 5 years.
